Product Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your jewellery, but In the unlikely event that your jewellery is faulty, or if you are not completely happy then please return it to us, unworn and in its original packaging, in perfect condition within 14 days for a full refund or optional credit note. For your peace of mind please return the goods by recorded delivery.

We do not refund postage for returned items. Items that are returned to us in an un-saleable condition or outside of the return timescale will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Gifts bought between 15 October and 20 December come with an extended returns window and can be exchanged until 15 January.

Please note that we cannot refund or exchange earrings or customized jewellery.
